This information can be used by communities to prepare for and prevent the negative impacts of disasters, instruction for what communities can do during a disaster to reduce the loss of lives and property, and detailed instructions for what can done after a disaster occurs. It also includes a full set of forms designed for use by community members during all three phases of disaster.
